NECA Toys have revealed their upcoming San Diego Comic-Con 2023 Exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 Samurai 4-Pack that will be sold at this years show, and online for non-attendees. The set is based on the 1993 film, when the Turtles go back through time. The set is priced at $150.
