Mattel SDCC 2023 Exclusives – Fisher-Price Little People Collector Avatar the Last Airbender & Minecraft Diamond Level Panda Figures Review

 

This years San Diego Comic-Con 2023 exclusives had some new exclusives this year, including their Fisher-Price Little People Collector Avatar the Last Airbender Figures and Minecraft Diamond Level Panda figure.

Avatar the Last Airbender Figures are packaged in a window box with artwork inspired from the series, which is mostly an ice effect, with logo’s and images on the front, sides and back. Inside, the back of the blister card shows Uncle Iroh and Zuko figures, which are not included. The figures are packaged in a plastic tray, with Aang given an ice and snow flocked design.

The figures are part of the modern day Little People line from Fisher-Price, where it was once wooden figures, are now plastic. Aang comes in a dark and light blue, with a light grey, which is how he looked while being trapped inside the iceberg. Katara and Sokka come in their snow suits, with a dark purple and white outfits. Katara is given a hood, and Sokka a ponytail in the back. Each figure is also holding an accessory that is not removable.

Minecraft Diamond Level Panda figure comes in a rectangular box, with pixelated artwork as seen in the game on all sides of the box. Inside, the Panda figure is packaged tightly inside, along with the accessories placed inside a box below him. On the back of the box is a description. Inside the box is a resealable brown pixelated bag that has the cactus and interchangeable face plates.

The Panda figure is a pixelated block, and the entire body is made of of several square shapes, including the rectangular body. The front legs have removable parts so you can place the accessories inside, which includes the bamboo stalk and smooshy kraton cake.

The head sculpts include worried, weak, playful, aggressive, and lazy expressions, all interchangeable on a ball jointed head.

 

He can also be seated up as shown, and hold the accessories also as shown, after removing the removable parts from the legs.

Overall, Mattel’s design teams have once again outdone themselves with this years San Diego Comic-Con exclusives, and these will surely be welcome additions to your collections. Make sure to grab these while you can on Mattel Creations.
