The Foot Enforcers are mysterious and menacing and serve as Shredder’s evil guard of the Foot Clan, and are ordered to carry out the most lethal orders. He includes three-section staff, ninjato, butterfly sword, naginata and 4 sets of interchangeable hands.

The Foot Enforcer comes in a window box packaging, with beautifully done artwork inspired from the comic series, images of the character on both sides, images of the figure and a look at what’s coming on the back.
The Foot Enforcer comes in a bulky figure sculpt in a ninja outfit as seen in the classic comic series, and painted in a dark blue, with a light blue wash, and black highlights showcasing the grooves and definition in the sculpt. The sculpt also has some folds in the clothing, a textured front and back piece made of a soft plastic hanging down the crotch and buttocks, and light grey spikes on the forearms and wrists, that are actually sharp to the touch.
The head sculpt has the dome shaped hat, with a soft plastic parts around the sides, red glaring eyes, and painted in the same dark blue, light blue and black as the rest of the sculpt.
Included with the Foot Enforcer are four sets of interchangeable hands (closed fisted, karate chop, and two open grip), three-section staff, ninjato, butterfly sword, and naginata.
The ninjato, and butterfly sword are the two swords, with the ninjato the long sword, and the butterfly sword the short sword with the handle that has the spikes. Both of the handles are painted in a dark blue, with a light blue blade.
The naginata is the staff with the blade, that has two spikes opposite the blade. This accessory can be held with one or two of the open grip hands.
The three-section staff has three handles, painted in a dark blue, with black string connecting the parts together. This soft of looks like a nunchuck, but longer. The fourth set of hands is an open grip hand, with two of the finger pointing upwards.
His articulation includes a ball jointed head, swivel waist, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed hips, double-hinged knees, and swivel-hinged ankles.
The Foot Enforcer towers over Splinter, but is no match for the Turtles Sensei.
Overall, the Foot Enforcer is a beautiful figure and an essential character to the Mirage Comics inspired line. The likeness and attention to detail is top notch and fits in perfectly with the collection. This is surely a character you need to add to your toy shelf.
