Hasbro is giving fans another shot at obtaining their Power Rangers Dino Thunder Lightning Collection Black Ranger Figure, which went up for pre-order earlier this year but was apparently cancelled on people, so this would be your last opportunity to obtain him. The Black Ranger is actually Tommy Oliver from Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, as Actor Jason David Frank reprised his role in this show.
