Alexander Wolfe is packaged in the standard window box as seen with other modern WWE Elite figures by Mattel, with images of him on the left side, and an action shot of him on the back along with a brief bio. Also shown are the other figures available in this wave.
Alexander Wolfe comes with a removable jacket that is made of a hard plastic, with a hoodie attached covering the top and sides of his head. The jacket features some nicely done paint applications and stamps including down the sleeves, that are red and black, a skull on his upper left side on the front, a detailed pattern on the back, some nicely done paint applications on the lower right hand side, and stitch patterns on the top of the hoodie. Because of the hard plastic used, his arms cannot move with the jacket on, which has also been seen on other Elite figures with a similar jacket. There is also a mouth piece that is separate from the jacket. The jacket is a little difficult to remove, and we found it’s easier to pull the hoodie back and go from there.
Once the jacket is removed, there is a harness that is also removable. This is mostly made with black plastic, with some slight paint stamp applications on the front, upper and lower back. This is removed by lifting up the flap on the side and lifted the harness over his shoulders and head.
Alexander Wolfe is now ready to wrestle with his black tank top shirt, which has a paint stamp on the upper part of the back, and there are some folds sculpted on to give it a realistic look. The trunks are done with multiple paint stamp applications that are thin and thick lines with patterns in multiple colors, including objects such as pockets on his thighs, buttocks, and a zipper on the upper right part of the back of the leg. These are done over black trunks, and there are knee pads with similar paint applications on the front, and boots with a blue strap around the top of them, and detailed that include painted shoe laces and red thick stripes.
His head sculpt is nicely done with the an accurate sculpt, including the details on the eyes, mohawk, and a sculpted beard and mustache.
Alexander Wolfe also comes with an extra set of interchangeable hands, including open hands and open fists.
His articulation includes a ball jointed neck, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, hinged elbows, swivel wrists, swivel waist, ab crunch, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel calves, hinged and rocker ankles.
Overall, Alexander Wolfe is an excellent figures with great attention to detail and superior paint applications. Fans of the WWE Elite line-up should pick this figure up along with others from Series 66, which are all available now, and this exclusive should be available soon if he’s not already out.
