The Diamond Select Toys booth at this years New York ToyFair was great this year, and their big announcement was the Lord of the Rings Select figures that are coming in 2020. Make sure to check out our coverage of the booth.
As part of the Marvel Select 7″ scale line, they are now offering their Avengers: Endgame Iron Man Mark 85 figure that joins the already released Captain America, Captain Marvel, Thanos and Incredible Hulk figures. Iron Man includes interchangeable hands, including the Nano Gauntlet, and an alternate version with snapping fingers.

Iron Man is packaged in the standard Marvel Select packaging with the Avengers: Endgame logo on the front and sides, and an image of the figure with a description on the back.
Iron Man is based on his appearance in Avengers: Endgame, which was the final showdown between the Avengers and Thanos. The Iron Man Mark 85 armor is Tony Stark’s final armor that he was seen wearing in the film, and the enhanced nano-structure is exceptionally more durable and efficient in combat than its base model the Mark L The armor is similar in appearance with many of his other armors, with the gold and red metallic finish, as well as silver and some blue deco that distinguishes this armor. The figure features a shiny finish due to the metallic deco, which makes him stand out compared to the rest of the Avengers: Endgame line. His head sculpt includes the standard Iron Man red and gold deco, and with the added silver deco.
Iron Man comes with an interchangeable right forearm that includes the Nano Gauntlet that is painted in red, silver, and different color Infinity Stones, 5 interchangeable hand sculpts, including one with the Nano Gauntlet where he snaps his finger, which ends Thanos and all of his soldiers, as well as a diorama wall with a floor.
His articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, hinged and rocker ankles.
Overall, Iron Man is an excellent figure and a great addition to the line. The paint applications are nicely done and he stands out among the line. However, the paint applications on the swivel joints on the wrists are prone to flaking as you move the hand.
