This year New York ToyFair had its ups and downs for sure, and was also one of the busiest schedules we had. More and more companies continue to reach out for publication, which is always great, but means a lot more work compared to previous years. This was surely a great ToyFair, and we have compiled a list of our Top 5 favorite toy lines that were revealed at the show.
1. Jazwares
As far as toy companies go, Jazwares won the show as being the best newcomer as far as offering more action figures than they’ve been offering in previous years. Jazwares is increasing their offerings with not only Fortnite, but All Elite AEW Wrestling, Halo, and they’re even bringing back Micro Machines! As far as toy reveals, it’s all about Fortite with the company, and they are offering new 4″, 6″, vehicles and playsets in this line. Unfortunately, there was no photography allowed on these, and that’s unfortunate as both kids and adults will be very happy with what is coming out this year. The property doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, so make plenty of room on your toy shelves. Finding Fortnite figures in stores has been a great experience for many, as most of the time you go into a store and come out empty handed. Fortnite however is different in that regard, and the stores seem to have a pretty healthy stock each time you visit, with new releases every so often.
The G.I. Joe 4″ figure rumors were basically just that, but Jazwares is offering G.I. Joe Domez figures, so there is something coming, but not what you thought.

2. NECA Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
NECA Toys is expanding their Ninja Turtles line with all new characters from the classic cartoon, video game and movie franchises. The figures are amazing, and we cannot wait to get our hands on these. In addition to Turtles, NECA Toys also revealed a new line of Defenders of the Earth, new horror figures and much more. Make sure to catch up and see the coverage hyperlink below.

3. Super7 ThunderCats & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Super7 are continuing with their partnership with the Four Horsemen and they are working on fulfilling fans dreams of the ThunderCats Classics line. Back at Power-Con 2020, Brian Flynn stated that there are a total of 32 characters planned, but that number could always change. The Turtles line is also looking incredible, and they expanding that line with characters that haven’t been offered since the original line form Playmates Toys were released, such as Mutagen Man. It’s a great time to be a fan of both franchises, and we cannot wait to see what they do next. Speaking of which, both franchises will see new ReAction figures coming this year!

Pre-Orders are available on Entertainment Earth, BigBadToyStore, and Megalopolis: City of Collectibles.
4. Mattel – Masters Of The Universe Origins
One of the biggest properties returning this year is Masters of the Universe, and by the company that started it all back in 1982. No new Origins figures were on display this year, but they did have some new Mega Construx and MOTU Mini’s on display that you can check out from our New York ToyFair coverage. The Masters of the Universe Origins line looks amazing, and you can bet that this year, and years to come this line is going to be just as popular as it was back in the 80’s.
Mattel products are available to order on Entertainment Earth, BigBadToyStore, Megalopolis: City Of Collectibles and Amazon.com.
5. Hasbro G.I. Joe Classified Figures
One of the most exciting Hasbro reveals this year as the return of G.I. Joe, but not in the 3.75-4″ scale, but in an all new 6″ line that fans have been asking for. The figures are a new take with outfits that resemble their classic look, but are also given some new updates that you won’t recognize. Surprisingly however, even with the Snake Eyes Movie coming out this year, there were no movie toys shown.
You can check out the official images of these figures in our New York ToyFair coverage.
