The X-Men gets an original member in the Marvel Select line, as Iceman finally makes his debut after a 21 year wait as this line started all the way back in 2002. Iceman was one of five members that Professor X started the team off with, which also included Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast and Angel. Iceman comes in translucent blue plastic, and includes interchangeable heads, arms, hands and a ice sled.

Iceman is packaged in the standard select blister card with a wraparound side, with artwork and his name on the front, an image on the side, and images of the figures and a description on the back.
Iceman comes in a transparent sculpt, with light blue and white plastic, and you can see the joints which allows the articulation. Iceman has a smooth sculpt, and comes with two alternate head sculpts and belts to create a some interchangeable options.
The heads are unique, as one comes with hair with a white wash, and the other has a light blue transparent plastic with a bald head. The belts are also unique, with one having metallic silver, and the other an X-Men logo belt with a white icy wash on the belt buckle.
Iceman includes a sled base, an interchangeable head and belt, interchangeable arms that are used for the sled, interchangeable right hand, and two acrylic stands used for the base and arms, and a set of closed fisted hands.
The ice sled also has transparent plastic with a white wash that actually makes it look like ice, with light, dark blue and white plastic. The sled also has a U-shape, two pegs for his feet, and two holes on the top for the acrylic stands.
Iceman stands firmly on the base, and the acrylic stands are used to hold the arms into place as this recreates his mutant ability. The acrylic stands are adjustable, and holds the arms into place and they point down to the front of the sled.
The holes are somewhat hidden on the sled and bottom of the arms, which the acrylic stand plugs into to hold the arms up.
He also includes a right interchange hand, with spikes, which also includes transparent blue and white plastic, and a white wash.
Iceman is fully articulated, and includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball joined torso, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, swivel-hinged knees, hinged and rocker ankles.
Overall, Iceman is an incredible figure with a great sculpt, excellent accessories, including the ice sled and interchangeable arms. Iceman is finally joined by other X-Men characters and is an essential part of the team.
