Hasbro is offering the latest wave of their G.I. Joe Classified Series 6″ line in retro-inspired packaging from the 1980’s, which includes Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper and Sgt. Stalker. Each figure offered in this line are inspired from their 1980’s o-ring counterparts and updated to the 6″ Classified line.

Cobra Commander and Cobra Trooper are packaged on a bluster card that is inspired from the 1980’s packaging, with logo’s and images on the front, images of the figures on the back and a bio.
Cobra Commander is inspired from his vintage o-ring figure and is a repaint from the HasLab offering that came with the H.I.S.S. Tank. He comes in his classic dark blue and black uniform, with a light blue collar, light grey belt, black belt underneath that with a metallic silver belt buckle, silver buttons, and a red Cobra logo on the shirt. This head sculpt is given a chrome helmet, and a dark blue helmet with a light grey stripe on top.
Cobra Commander includes interchangeable hands (grip, fisted, open gripping left hand, pointing right hand), pistol, dagger, backpack and a stand. The pistol can be stored on the backpack, and there is a sheath on his left thigh for the knife.
His articulation includes a ball jointed head and neck, swivel-hinged and butterfly shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed and swivel waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel calves, hinged and rocker ankles.
The Cobra Trooper is also inspired from his vintage o-ring figure, and is given parts from both the previous Cobra Trooper and the Cobra Officer, with a new harness. The base of the body is from the first Coba Trooper, which continues to be a great sculpt for this figure. The strap on his left arm is from the Cobra Officer. He is repainted however in a brighter blue, black boots, gloves and straps, and some light grey on the harness and strap on the left arm. The Cobra logo is on his chest, and the head sculpt is given blonde eye brows, a black mask, and a removable blue helmet. The harnesses on his thighs can hold the pistol and knife.
Included is a stand, Sniper rifle, Silenced submachine gun, silenced pistol, knight, and a helmet.
The weapons all work great with this figure and you can create some dynamic poses.

Overall, Cobra Commander and the Cobra Trooper are both great characters and great updates compared to what has come before. Every aspect about these look great, especially the new deco, chrome helmet for Cobra Commander, and accessories. Make sure to add these to your collection today!
