Nightsister Merrin is an interesting choice to join Hasbro’s Star Wars line, as she is offered in both The Black Series 6″ and The Vintage Collection 3 3/4″ lines. Merrin spent most of her life on Dathomir after she escaped the massacre of her coven by General Grievous during the Clone Wars, Eventually becoming an ally to Cal Kestis, a Jedi that survived Order 66, and is inspired by her appearance in Star Wars: Jedi Survivor video game. This game is notable for introducing some iconic characters such as Merrin, and there has only been one other Nightsister offered by Hasbro in this scale back in the Clone Wars back.Given the popularity of this faction, it’s interesting that they haven’t taken the opportunity to offer more of these great characters, and also a bit of a disappointment to some fans. More Nightsisters from Clone Wars, and the Ahsoka Live Action series would be great, and here is hoping one day this will happen.
