This character is a notable army builder for your Cosmic Legions line, including two head sculpts, along with two interchangeable helmets that fit on one of the head sculpts, one of which pays homage to the Masters of the Universe Horde Trooper character.

While the Traders Union of the 5 Circles of Cosmerrium maintain numerous facilities throughout the Universe, their primary headquarters are located in Mmessos as part of the high-economic district of the 3rd Ring. Discreetly providing security to the vast complex that is the center of the Union’s strength are the soldiers known as the T.U.5.C.C. Phantom Troopers.
Despite the fact that the Traders Union officially maintains that the Phantom Troopers DO NOT EXIST, there are countless records of these coldly efficient soldiers in action. Rumor has it that their ranks are comprised of both organic soldiers in heavy armor, as well fully mechanized drones outfitted with the same gear. Completely indistinguishable from each other, the organic soldiers provide strategic direction as unit commanders, using the mechanical troopers to quickly, and violently, quell any threats to the T.U.5.C.C.’s complex.

The Cosmic Legions T.U.5.C.C. Phantom Trooper comes in a window box, with beautifully done artwork on all sides, including descriptions on the sides, and a look at additional figures on the back. He comes in a plastic tray, with additional trays on the side and in the back to hold the accessories.
The T.U.5.C.C. Phantom Trooper is a repaint of existing T.U.5.C.C. figures, and comes in a light and dark grey, red, black, with a gold belt buckle. He keeps all the great sculpting offered before, including a removable chest armor that showcases more great detail hidden underneath. The entire look of this character is meant to pay homage to the Horde Trooper, with not only the colors, but even the belt buckle and helmet piece that is shown below. There are ports on the armor where you can place the acrylic tubs (four tiny pieces), and place accessories such as the rifle on them. The ports on the forearms is also where you can place his shield, which is only compatible with the grey round piece that plugs into the red shield, and the grey round piece plus into the port. A sheet of instructions are not included, so this was figured out through trial and error.
The T.U.5.C.C. Phantom Trooper is also fully articulation, which includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, swivel-hinged knees, and swivel-hinged ankles.
Each of the two head sculpts have two interchangeable helmet pieces, which is made of an acrylic red or plastic red. The head sculpts themselves are faceless just like the Horde Trooper in Masters of the Universe, and each is given some great sculpting and attention to detail. The heads also pop off very easily and are on a ball joint, which is a nice touch.
He includes four sets of interchangeable hands (open grip and trigger finger sets) a Stun baton, shield, a rifle, Shoulder Pauldrons, and removable tubes that plug into the sides of the hips, and the forearms ports. The Stun baton has an effect on the top, and is mostly made of a red plastic. The rifle is also made of a red plastic, and can be held in one or two hands. The shield comes with a handle that can be placed in his hand, and then connected to the shield. The shield itself has an interchangeable front cover, with the red, black and grey top part, can be swapped out with an acrylic red piece.
The leaner of the two head sculpts have interchangeable helmets, one that is grey with red stripes, and a black face. the other that is grey, with a black face with a yellow upside triangle, which pays tribute to the face of the Horde Trooper.
The rifle can be placed on his hip, using one of the acrylic tubs as shown above. The shield can be split apart, and the round grey piece shown above is where you can plug it into the back, using it to plug into the forearm so that the shield can now be placed on the forearm rather than his hand.

The torso armor can also be removed, revealing some more detailed sculpting. This design for the armor also pays tribute to the Horde Trooper, just like the outer layer of armor did.
Overall, the T.U.5.C.C. Phantom Trooper pays a great homage to the Horde Trooper and joins the growing line of tribute figures to Masters of the Universe. The sculpt and attention to detail looks great, just like what you’d expect from the Four Horsemen.
