Hasbro is offering a new line-up of The Clone Wars as part of their 6″ The Black Series figures, which are on retro inspired blister card packaging that you will remember from the 3 3/4″ line from a decade ago. This initial wave includes Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Clone Troopers of Clone Pilot Hawk (501st), and Arc Trooper Echo (501st).
These are part of the 50th Anniversary of Lucasfilm and you see that icon at the bottom left side of the packaging.
Echo is a great choice for this wave as he also joins Star Wars: The Bad Batch, but as you may be aware, these figures are a prequel of that. Also interesting to note is that Clone Pilot Hawk and Arc Trooper Echo were not part of the original line, but make their debuts here. Hasbro is also planning more retro card figures, and it seems that more Clone Wars possibility’s are coming.
