McFarlane Toys announced and pre-orders of their upcoming DC Retro Super Friends Wave 2 (6″) Figures are available now. This wave includes Captain Cold, Cheeta, Superman, The Flash, and Toy Man. These figures have limited articulation compared to their 7″ DC Multiverse line, which these also have the same articulation as the Batman ’66 figures. These figures are based on the animated series that ran from 1973 – 1985. This line is the next offering following the end of their Batman ’66 Classic TV Series line, which will be remembered for its many figure releases, vehicles and playsets.
