Update: Editor’s Note – According to our sources, this character was not part of the original G.I. Joe release of the 1960’s and 1970’s collection, he only pays tribute to that era of history, but does not play part of it. Also the assault rifle was not used by police at the time in the 1960’s and 1970’s, as they have only started using weapons like this in recent decades.
