Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem Chrome Alone 2 – Lost in New Jersey is a short film released in 2025 that follows the turtles as they investigate a toy company exploiting their fame after seeing a commercial that offered low-quality toys based on them. When the turtles investigate they find that the factory is run by a villain named Chrome Dome, a robot that wants to profit off of properties.

Chrome Dome is packaged on the standard blister card, with artwork and logo’s inspired by the film, images of the turtles on the front, and the back includes an image of the figure, additional artwork and logo’s, a description, and a look at all of his faces. The back of the blister card also has a hole in it so you can press the Try Me button, which activates the gimmick of his interchangeable faces.
Chrome Dome is an A.I. robot that is fully armored, with sculpted grooves throughout the sculpt, cracks in the armor showcasing battle damage, and is mostly grey, with some black deco in-between the grooves in the chest, cracks in the armor, joints, and blue and red bars next to his face.
His face is covered with a clear acrylic piece, and he features four different colored faces, each with their own unique expressions. The blue one has a bar with the the word loading under it. The other three faces are detailed drawings, and the faces are on a circular piece that spins around when pressing the button on his back.
Included is his Cyber Sword and Fearsome Flail.
His articulation includes swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel wrists, waist rotation, ball jointed hips, and swivel-hinged knees.
A comparison with the classic design of Chrome Dome, shows that while the characters have two very distinctive likenesses, there are some similarities between the characters. They both are robots with armor, and robots in their respective series. On both there are also sculpted grooves on the armor.
Overall, Chrome Dome pays a great likeness to how he appeared on Mutant Mayhem, and features a nicely done detailed sculpt. This is a character that you should be adding to your TMNT collection, so make sure to pick him up now!
