The Nacelle Company are now offering the first wave of their highly anticipated Star Trek 1/10th Scale Figures. These are based on a number of different shows, including Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: Enterprise and more. The first wave includes Jonathan Archer (Star Trek Enterprise), Captain Garret (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Midshipman Peter Preston (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan), Captain Sulu (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country), Captain Jellico (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Tuvix (Star Trek: Voyager), Valkris (Star Trek III: The Search for Spock), and Weyoun (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine).
Weyoun is a Vorta Administer that was responsible for overseeing the Dominion War in the Alpha Quadrant and was the second in command to the Female Changeling. Weyoun was notable as being a supervisor, diplomat and administrator and served the Dominion and the Founders loyally. Like all Vorta, he is a clone copy made in a laboratory, and when a Weyoun dies, a new clone is created to take his or her place, essentially making them immortal.

Weyoun is packaged in a window box with logo’s and artwork inspried by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, including images of him on the sides, an image of him and the rest of the wave on the back along with a description.
Weyoun is based the likeness to Actor Jeffrey Combs, and comes in the jacket and pants he wore throughout the series. This includes a dark and light brown jacket with the lower portion of the jacket also given a pattern, while the upper dark brown part is given a sculpted texture. The right sleeve is also dark brown without texture, and the left sleeve has a dark brown shoulder, with the light brown pattern design, but also a blue and yellow pattern design that is also seen at the collar and that could be his undershirt. The pants are also dark brown, with a multicolored pattern, that is also detailed, along with brown dress shoes.
His head sculpts look great and each given a distinctive likeness to Actor Jeffrey Combs, along with nicely done facial details, black sculpted hair, and a white pale skin tone. The smiling head sculpt has some color around the eyes and lips, and the expressionless head sculpt has some color around his eyes. If you go back to the series, Weyoun had some color to his face as opposed to it being simply pasty white, but that may depend on the scene. The ears also had some color applied to it on the screen, but this figure’s ears were left white. He’s also given painted eye brows, and painted blue eyes.
It’s best to use a hair dryer before popping the heads and and off, to prevent breakage. This figure wasn’t bad, but the ball joints are tight and it was a big of a challenge pushing expressionless head all the way down.
Weyoun includes four sets of hand sculpts, including closed fisted, open hands, and two sets of open grip.
He also includes a headband with an eye peace that was used as the view screen on Dominion (Jem’Hadar) ships. This fits over his head, and it loose fitting, and placed in front of his left eye.
Also included is a holding box and 3 bottles of Ketracel White. This white substance was used to keep the Jem’Hadar in line and addicted to this substance should they ever turn on the Founders and the Dominion. Without this substance, they would die. The 3 bottles and small, and can be placed in his open grip hands.
Also included is a pizza tray with slices of pepperoni pizza, and two chop sticks, one with a piece of pepperoni on it. These accessories were eaten by Weyoun 6, who was a defective clone and rescued by Odo to betray the dominion. These can also be placed in his open grip hands.
Weyoun is also fully articulated, and includes a ball jointed head and neck, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, and ball jointed ankles.
Overall, It’s long overdue for Weyoun to be given the action figure treatment as he was a primary villain in the Dominion War. This is an excellent figure and likeness, and will make an excellent addition to your collection. Make sure to pick him up now!
