The Mandalorian and Grogu has some familiar characters of the franchise returning, including Zeb Orrelios, a member of the Ghost Crew in Star Wars: Rebels. Zeb is working as a pilot for the New Republic. Zeb aids The Mandalorian to capture leaders of the Empire that have been working in hiding.

Zeb is packaged in a window box with the standard artwork for the line, including images on the right side, and the back includes an image and a description.
Zeb is based on his appearance in The Mandalorian and Grogu, and comes in his New Republic U-Wing Pilot uniform, which is white, dark blue, with some silver, a dark grey tube, light grey chest box with black trim, and is one of the tallest figures released this year standing at roughly 6-3/4″ tall. His flak vest is sculpted over the dark blue outfit, and features details like the New Republic insignia to the top left as a decal and alien writing below that. Sculpted over the vest is the chest box (with crisp blue, white and silver buttons.), with a tube at the bottom connected to the pouch at the left leg. Around his waist is a belt with straps connected to a harness hanging around his upper legs, which is made of a soft plastic just like the tube connected to the chest box. At the lower part of the dark blue pants, are silver bracelets at the cut off point where it meets the purple fur legs, and above the left one is a white strap with possible ammo held in place. The arms and legs are given a purple sculpted fur as seen in the film, with the palms, bottom of the feet and around the toes and fingers given a lighter purple.
He includes two head sculpts, each with a unique expression capturing the characters likeness, with nicely done facial details, sculpted and painted eyes, and facial hair that’s dark grey.
Zeb also includes a collapsed bo rifle, and an extended bo rifle he can hold in both hands, as each has two handles he can hold. This is two difference configurations of the same weapons, as it’s meant to be extended in the film, Hasbro went ahead and offered two versions or it. The collapsed bo rifle is shorter, and the extended bo rifle is pretty much self explanatory. The short bo rifle can split apart, but technically it’s not supposed too, but this feature makes it easier to place it into his hands and then putting it together. Both are cast in silver, with gold trim and two hinged handles that are in brown. The extended bo rifle stands as tall as Zeb, and the handles fit into his hands.
Zeb is fully articulated, including a ball jointed head and neck, ball hinged shoulders, hinged-swivel biceps, ball jointed wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed waist, ball jointed hips, swivel-hinged knees, swivel-hinged calves, hinged and rocker ankles.

This final comparison shows the differences between this new release, and his cartoon offering from Star Wars Rebels. The cartoon release is a bit taller than this new one, and the bo staff on The Mandalorian version does not have the effect parts at the ends.
