Flatline is a Decepticon and a medic, responsible for replacing or constructing new bodies for his patients. The figure is insured by his comic appearance, and is a redeco and retool of Red Alert, and given a new head, as well as a new hand that did not make it into Red Alert’s final design. He transforms into an emergency SUV with a Decepticon logo on the hood.

Flatline is packaged in the standard Voyager Class window box for the line, with artwork, logo’s and images on all sides, and the back includes a look at him in both modes. Included is a sheet of instructions for transforming him.

Flatline is a redeco and retool of Red Alert, with a newly tooled head and a new left hand, which was not offered with Red Alert. Flatline is mostly black, with some red, metallic silver, and the Decepticon logo is found on his hood in both modes. The blaster can be stored on his back as shown, or used as a shoulder mounted cannon.

His head sculpt looks great and pays a great likeness to the comic. It is given a black helmet, silver faceplate, red eyes and a red stripe on top.

Flatline’s shoulder mounted cannon is on a swivel hinged joint, and can also be placed in either of the hands. Included with Flatline is a left hand that did not come with Red Alert, two gun attachments that can be placed in his left hand or blaster, or a claw that can be placed in the blaster or in one of his hands. The two gun attachments can also be stored inside his legs, as they can be placed inside as shown above. Keep in mind that one side can fit a certain gun attachment, such as the double-barrel can be stored on the left, and the other one on the right. The gun attachments can also be stored on his back as shown and as seen in the instructions (see video above).
A breakdown of the articulation is featured in the video.

Here is a comparison with Red Alert.

Flatline transforms into an Emergency SUV that is something that Hasbro cooked up and not based on a model. The blasters can be stored on the top of the roof as shown. The blaster can also be listed up and used in this mode, which is something we also saw on Red Alert. The vehicle has some nice details, including some red stripes on the side, silver details, rotating tires, and the Decepticon logo on the hood.
Overall, Alpha Trion is a great figure and this is one of the best offerings of him. The likeness and attention to detail looks great and the features such as the Autobot logo being removable is a nice touch. The accessories including the Covenant book and the Quill are great offerings for this figure and something that has not been done before. As he is one of the 13 Primes, he makes a great addition to any Transformers collection. The 13 Primes have not been offered like this before, so this is something new and untouched by Hasbro in the past. Make sure to grab him and other figures now at
