He comes in his classic toy-accurate colors of the 1980’s, compared to the slightly darker tones as seen in the Transformers Generation One cartoon. Sureshot includes Targetmaser Spoilsport, which transforms from a double barrel blaster to a robot in 2 steps.

Sureshot is packaged in the standard Deluxe Class window box for the line, with artwork, logo’s and images on all sides, and the back includes a look at him in both modes. Included is a sheet of instructions for transforming him and Spoilsport.

Sureshot is inspired by his 1987 vintage toy, and given some modern updates including the sculpt and articulation in today’s style. He comes in his classic toy colors, including the red, orange, yellow, grey and black, which is bring colors and make him stand out in your collection.

His is head design is based on his appearance in the episode “The Rebirth” as seen in the Transformers Generation One cartoon. This head comes in a black helmet, with a grey face, and blue glasses.

Spoilsport is the Targetmaster figure that is included, which is also based on his 80’s design and given a new sculpt. He transforms into a double cannon blaster into a small robot, and can be placed into Sureshots hands, or on his back as shown. You can also place him in two different ways into his hands, with him folded up, or extended as shown. Spoilsport is mostly black and red, with blue eyes.
A breakdown of his articulation is featured in the video. Spoilsport does not have any articulation.

Sureshot transforms into a Cybertronian Dune Buggy, which is not a common vehicle for a Transformers figure. His Autobot logo is on the top of the roof, and you can place his blaster in the 5mm port in the front.
Overall, Sureshot and Spoilsport are excellent figures and a great update to the original figures. This is a great offering and considering it’s been 39 years since these characters have been offered in plastic form, it’s definitely long overdue for a modern update.
