Plo Koon joins Hasbro’s Star Wars: Attack of the Clones line in The Vintage Collection, which is part of the films 25th Anniversary line, which was released in theaters in 2002. The film kicked off what will be known as The Clone Wars, a major war that reached the galaxy between the Separatist and the Galactic Republic, which saw Clone Troopers being led by the Jedi themselves. Hasbro is focusing on this film this year with many new releases and updates to characters that haven’t been seen in the line in a long time.

Plo Koon is packaged on a blister card, with an movie action shot and logo’s on the front, and the back includes a look at the figure and blister card, a description, and The Vintage Collection logo.
Plo Koon rarely gets an action figure, and when he does, it’s a treat for Star Wars fans looking to update their collection with a Jedi Master and Council Member. Plo Koon is based on his appearance in Attack of the Clones from 2002, where the Jedi come to the aid of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker with the new Clone Army, to save them from the Geonosians and the droid army, which kicks off The Clone Wars. Plo Koon was one of the Jedi arriving at the planet into the area, and this figure is based on that particular film and scenes.
Plo Koon comes in a brown soft goods Jedi robe, which is removable, with a hood in the back that’s stitched to the back and cannot go over his head. His head sculpt features a great likeness to the character and his species, including the mask over his face, which is metallic silver, and his skin tone is light orange and given a wash. His hands have long claws, with four fingers, and both are open grip allowing him to hold the hilt and lightsaber.
The hilt and hilt of the lightsaber is metallic silver, and there are blue and red buttons. He comes with his blue lightsaber as seen in the films and comics.
The Jedi robe is removable, and he comes in a brown shirt, with a beige undershirt, dark brown pants, and brown boots. The outfit here is a bit underwhelming and doesn’t look like something a Jedi would wear, but it’s a nice option to be able to remove the robe. The lightsaber hilt has a peg so you can plug it onto his hip for storing it.
To remove the rope, remove the head first, then raise the arms up, and lift the robe up and over the torso and arms, and do the reverse to put it back on.
His articulation includes a ball jointed head and neck, ball hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed hips, swivel-hinged knees, hinged and rocker ankles.
