She-Hulk is related just in time for the new Fantastic Four: First Steps film, but this offering is inspired from her appearance in Marvel Comics, when she joined the Fantastic Four following the events of Marvel’s Secret Wars. Ben Grimm decides to stay on the other planet and not return to Earth as he has the ability to transform into his human form, and chooses to stay. She-Hulk replaces him on the Fantastic Four, and she was also a reserver member of the Avengers at the same time. She-Hulk was part of the team when the Fantastic Four first fought Terminus, and when Spider-Man learns his black costume is an alien symbiote, which we know as Venom.

She-Hulk is packaged on a retro ToyBiz blister card from the 1990’s, which is inspired by the Fantastic Four animated series and toyline during its 1994-1996 run. Interestingly enough, She-Hulk was not offered as part of that line, so she did not come on this blister card during that time. She was offered in the Fantastic Four uniform as a ToyFare magazine exclusive in 1996, but not on this blister card packaging. This new updated version pays tribute to not only the blister card that twas used for the Fantastic Four animated series, but the vintage figure as well as ToyBiz. The blister card includes the Fantastic Four and Marvel Comics logo on top, images of the Fantastic Four in their animated artwork on the front, and the back includes logo’s, images of She-Hulk and a description.
She-Hulk is given a much needed update and is based on her classic appearance in 1980’s in the Fantastic Four outfit, which is inspired from her time as a member of that team. She stands at roughly 7 1/2″ tall, towering over other figures that are 6″, and comes in a dark blue tank top, with some white trim, white gloves, white boots, white collar and belt, and a black Fantastic 4 logo. The green skin tone they used for her looks great, and is a different shade of green compared to her previous release.
Her head sculpts are impressive, and with dark green lips and eye brows, and dark green wash on her sculpted hair. The proportions are spot on with this heavy hitter, and the facial sculpt and likeness is also spot on to her appearance in the comics. This includes a long haired, and pony tail head with a swivel and removable pony tail. The facial details on both of these head sculpts are also unique, but do paint a great likeness to the character.
She-Hulk includes three sets of interchangeable hands (grip, closed fisted, right thumbs up, and left two fingers pointing), two dumbbells, and two head sculpts. The dumbbells are given some sculpted textures on the handles, and nicely done details.
Her articulation is also standard for the line, and includes a ball jointed head and neck, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, ball jointed torso, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel thighs, hinged and rocker ankles.
