Nimrod is a powerful Sentinel that first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #191 (March 1985), and is probably best known from the “Days of Future Past” timeline, and this is set in a futuristic timeline where most of the mutants are either slain or apprehended by the Sentinels, and only a handful of rebellious mutants remain. Hasbro is offering a new updated offering of their Nimrod figure, with updated deco, and this futuristic villain is an essential for your X-Men collection.
Nimrod was first offered in Hasbro’s X-Men 3-pack that consisted of Psylocke, Nimrod and Fantomex, which was released in 2020.

Nimrod is packaged in a window box with artwork, logo’s and images of Nimrod inspired by his comic appearance on the right side and back. The back also has a description indicating that he is based on his appearance from the classic “Days of Future Past” storyline.
Nimrod is a repaint of his 2020 release, with updated pink deco that is brighter and thicker than before. The figure stands at 8″ tall and this size is normally used for build-a-figures, as this is a big bulky figure. The sculpt is mostly white plastic, with sculpted armor throughout the figure, an upside down pink triangle on the chest, pink joints for the elbows, white for the knee joints, and pink palms and figures, with white armor on the front of the hands. The bottom of the feet are also pink, and sculpted patterns and for the hip joints that are also pink.
The head sculpts are helmeted, each with a different facial expression, including pink faces, white eyes, and detailed black design inside the mouth and sides of the faces, and the helmets also have some unique sculpting with the open mouth head is longer, and the closed mouth has a wider design around the face.
Nimrod includes two sets of interchangeable hands (closed fisted and open grip), two sets of interchangeable heads, and two blast effects that plug into the open grip hands.
His articulation incudes ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, and ball jointed ankles.
